Edu Awake Yoga & Meditation for Teachers in Fuerteventura
6-Day Training in Fuerteventura

About the project

  • Yoga & Meditation for Teachers

This intensive 6-day course teaches effective techniques from yoga, meditation and deep relaxation. The techniques aim to enable teachers to maintain and radiate a balanced and conscious personality structure even under stressful circumstances in their demanding everyday lives. The connection between body, mind and emotion can be experienced in joint exercises and supports human interaction in everyday school life. All techniques have been specially developed for teachers and the mental and emotional challenges they face. The practices can be applied without any prior knowledge and are directly usable in both daily professional life and personal well-being.
